We are pleased to announce that a new version of Ubiqua Protocol Analyzer is available for you to download. Ubiqua 1.3 features a major update to our decoding engine, enhanced data views, the latest protocol stack updates, as well as performance improvements and minor bug fixes.

What's New in Version 1.3?

New decoding engine. Ubiqua has a new decoding engine with advanced capabilities such as multiple data types, support for text-based protocols (Smart Energy 2.0), schema-validation of XML payloads, full support of IP-based protocol stacks, and other features.

New packet view. With an improved visualization of bytes and fields, the Packet View now includes new features such as the Details Panel where you can easily add missing addresses or security keys, and quickly test decryption.

Enhanced traffic view. The Traffic View has been improved with the addition of new data columns, packet highlights, and features such as displaying the time difference between two packets just by selecting them in the grid.

Extended Ubiqua services. The Ubiqua services have been extended to include the management of security keys, addresses, and filters. Take advantage of Ubiqua's capabilities using your own automated tools or scripts.

Decoding updates. The latest updates for ZigBee Light Link, ZigBee IP, IETF 6LoWPAN, ZigBee Green Power, ZigBee Smart Energy 1.x, ZigBee RF4CE, and PopNet.

Smarter filters. Assisted by the new decoding engine, the filter editor now understands the data type and limitations of the many fields available in a protocol stack so you can better describe what are you looking for.

More export options. Export the complete capture in a variety of file formats.
